Welcome to Better Days Studios, where Arts engaged, creative community activities in a multimedia shared studio space in Toronto, Canada, is available in-person from November to April with flexible monthly billing options. Whether you need an alternative to a private residence address, a meeting space, a meet up hub, rehearsal studio, or a venue for content creation and media events, we’ve got you covered.
Our Monthly Membership Plans
At Better Days Studios, we believe in making community studio spaces accessible without long-term leases or commitments. Our simple monthly billing model ensures you get what you need at a predictable cost.
1. MUSIC RECORDING STUDIO – $400/month
Take your sound to the next level with our professional recording environment.
Use our Toronto Recording Studio with Sound Booth for Singer-Songwriters, and Production Facility for Podcasts and Interviews in Studio B with the Window.
2. TV Production & Podcast studio – $500/month
Bring your stories to life on camera, and behind the mic. Perfect for creators, media professionals, entrepreneurs.
Use our Toronto Video wall backdrop to feature still images, a video montage, your logo or captivating vistas.
3. Virtual Office & Mail Handling – $100/month
Establish your presence in Toronto with a Hillside Plaza address.
Use our Toronto address for mail reception.
Mail scanning & forwarding – Receive your mail digitally, with scanned copies sent to your email.
4. MEETING SPACE Access – $250/month
Need an Artsy meeting space? Our fully equipped multi-use TV & Music Production studio is perfect for in-person meetings, presentations, and client discussions.
10 hours of meeting access per month (Additional hours at a discounted rate).
Two Studios to choose from seating to 6-30 people with a meeting table (6) or stage (30).
High-speed WiFi, SmartTV and Video Wall for presentations.
5. Rehearsal Space – $300/month
Designed for TV presenters, Podcasters, musicians, actors, and performers, our rehearsal space, production studio and music sound booth provides the perfect creative atmosphere.
12 hours of rehearsal time per month (Additional hours available).

6. Content Creation Studio – $400/month
Ideal for photography sessions, portrait bookings, fashion shoots, and content creation.
10 hours of access per month to our content creation space.
Green screen, backdrops, and professional lighting.

7. Media Event Hosting – $500/month
Host exclusive press conferences, product launches, live-streamed events, and private media gatherings.
8 hours of event hosting time per month.
Seating for up to 30 guests.
